The Butterfly Swords are a traditional Chinese weapon that is light, easy to use and yet dangerous. It is a weapon to show off in your home or training center, use in role playing or practice with. Training with the butterfly swords, however, is not like with just any sword because of their unique nature.

Although the sword is drawn with two hands and appears to be just one weapon, it really isn’t. Once drawn with both hands you separate them and in each hand you will have a sword. Many don’t even see this coming because the two swords are nested together in a way that makes them appear to be just one.

These particular Chinese swords made by Cold Steel are not just ready to use, but they are also of high quality and well made. The twenty inch long blades are made of 1050 high carbon steel and the handle grip is wood covered with braided cord. These swords also have a hand guard that is shaped like  a D and which is there to protect your hands from other weapons.
