Growing up in West Texas on a farm was a treat that many don’t have these days. I was able to run and explore a lot of territory without any type of fear and one of those places was my grandfather’s greenhouse. He had a plastic greenhouse that was a little different than those you can buy today because he had to recover it every year due to the West Texas winds.
