Weight Loss Made Easy with Shakeology and Medifast

This year I am the one who will be hosting Easter dinner. Now that makes me pretty excited because I just love it when my entire family gets together for a celebratory dinner. But I’m also a bit nervous because I’ve put on a few pounds and I want to look my best. (Never need to give my Mother in Law any room to find a way to criticize me.) But it seems like I’m always on the run. Sticking to a complicated diet is out of the question and eating rice cakes all day long is not my thing. But recently I made two discoveries. The first is Shakeology which is a meal replacement shake. I got the chocolate and all I can say is Yummy! It’s actually got over 70 fruit and veggie extracts, fiber and prebiotics. Top it off with over 15 grams of whey protein and this makes the perfect way to start my day.

I’ve also used Medifast diet plan in the past. My Medifast diet review would read as a bit hard but really spectacular in terms of results. It ends up curbing both your calories and your carbs so your body’s metabolism really cranks up fast. If you need to lose 20 or more lbs, this is the program I recommend.
